CHICOPEE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts is seeing rising guests, along with the impacts of rising costs such as fuel, which has risen approximately 40% over the past six months. The Food Bank is relying on community, state and federal assistance to meet their growing needs.
