GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield City Council met Wednesday evening and heard from city officials and residents alike who spoke in favor of keeping the staff member responsible for the Greenfield Recreation afterschool program in the next fiscal year. Mayor Desorgher said she has made plans with the Recreation Department to find funding for the program through revolving funds and adjusting fee structures.
