ORANGE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Ralph C. Mahar Regional School District subcommittee revuewing the regional agreement has begun discussion on potential changes. The agreement was sign in the 1950s and Orange residents in particular feel the burden of repeated budget issues as the town carries approximately 75% of the regional district’s costs. The subcommittee will meet again on September 23rd.
